Series of Synchronous Chipsealer Vehicles
The binder and the chippings are both spread from a single chipsealer vehicle with all the characteristics of a manufacturing unit. The time-lag between them remains constant at less than one second. During the spreading, the chipspreader does not drive over the coated surface, which eliminates the practice of overdosing the chippings to avoid contact between the tyres and the binder. The reduction in the quantities of loose chippings not set in binder is a major element for the safety of users.
