HRF-100 slurry seal (micro-surfacing) vehicle is the first automatic electric and hydraulic operation equipment and easy to operate during the working, which adopted advanced electric-hydraulic proportional control technique and improves the precision of the mixture perfectly.
HRF-100 slurry seal (micro-surfacing) vehicle adopted LED hand touch screen and PLC controller, the main operating commands and setting menus on the screen are composed by 20 pictures which including main interface (setting the mixture proportion and time display), system parameter setting interface and other needed interface etc.
The operator could input any proportion mixture in the hand touch screen and press the soft button of “run”, the course be controlled by closed circle feedback ,and the machine would run reliably and high precision. The machine high automatic reduces the personal interfere and improves the quality of slurry seal (micro-surfacing).
