The HRF100A/HRF-100B is a proven design with convenient control locations and good operator visibility. The units are powered by a 100 horsepower Deutz or Cummins diesel engine located at the front in an enclosed engine compartment – reducing noise and vibration for the driver and crew. This Series are equipped with hydraulically driven and have high production rate.
Our HRF-100A/HRF-100B hydraulic control slurry seal (micro-surfacing) vehicle have all of the features customers need to successfully complete preventive maintenance jobs. These include a stainless steel additive tank and the asphalt emulsion and water tanks are separate components, eliminating rust-through and contamination of products. The 50-degree-angle hopper walls minimize bridging, and the hopper’s hydraulic vibrator reduces deposit and the aggregate was delivered smoothly by conveyer belt.
